Client projects have become rare. Most work is focused on building internal HR tools. Exceptionally nepotistic despite management claims of flat company structure. Directors are paid unfairly high wages for very little experience. Condescension has become a primary means to get ahead as well as a management tactic. Most key benefits are only given to senior staff who have impeccable reviews. Benefits are tied to and arbitrary 5 point scale that (by management’s own admission) less than 20% of employees can access. Management has started surveilling employee arrival time. Employees have begun to quit en masse (almost 50%) which had been terrible for morale.

CKM makes promises and many are left unmentioned and without follow through. For example, when CKM changed their salary structure away from bonuses and announced that everyone would be receiving raises as a result– when the raises didn't come, CKM said nothing. They were asked to release market research multiple times and nothing ever came of this. Top management seems to have no vision for what the company should be nor what it is currently doing. Additionally, staffing is controlled by people who seem to not understand what individuals are capable of nor the skills that different projects require. There is a lot of favoritism that seems to be picked at random by the partners that is shown in both project staffing as well as bonuses. Women rarely make the cut, but there are one or two exceptions for the partners to use as "proof" that they aren't sexist.
