A group of the most incompetent morons I have ever had the misfortune of working with. No leadership or accountability. Basic things getting messed up constantly. When you try to fix it, they get mad for spending too much time. Just a terrible environment where doing good work is secondary to office politics.

45 hour work week (MINIMUM!! and heaven help you if you want to take time off - you have to build up extra budgeted hours so your average stays over 45 or the leadership team openly bashes you in their Tuesday morning meetings) , abusive MPO (managing principal) - scary/psycho, nepotism, unreal expectations, verbal abuse, scattered directives often leadership will contradict each other but beg employees not to rat them out. ABSURD!!!
