Never short on work and a lot of resources.

Cons

Management is very awful. A lot of people who are very good at what they do but are not meant to be supervisors. Three people left prior to me in the team I’m on. So there’s no point in reporting.

Health benefits are good. Small perks here and there same as other accounting firms.

Cons

Managing principal is delusional. Super high turn over rate. Offer below the market value compensation. Management favors people who gossips all day and people who don't do anything. Very incompetent. They promote people who doesn't even know the difference between LLC types.

- Little room for growth - hours - Poor benefits - When there are staffing shortages, seniors get blamed for things when they inevitably do not go well - Mediocre pay - Antiquated processes
