I was the only employee on the team who was forced to return to the office during COVID, which was against the company's policy. I was also denied a transfer to another office, because my manager liked me in my current role. The job is enough of a grinder without management violating company policie.

-*PTO is NOT unlimited... your utilization will be impacted negatively -Pay is way below market -Work below 40 hours? You're definitely getting called out, even if you worked 60 hours in the prior week -Management enforcements non-value activities (such as special review requirements and mandatory standardized workpapers) that will either raise the final cost to the client or hurt your realization rate -Communication with client transitions is consistently poor, to the point where losing a good principal usually results in a couple of orphan clients which makes the remainder of us look bad
