      Pros

      Somewhat flexible schedule. Still trying to figure out what the other pros were.

      Cons

      If you get your work done quickly, you are dinged because of billable hour requirement., basically rewarded with more work. The only way to look good or get ahead is to work a million hours. Slowly taking away WFH options as well. There is also a lot of office politics with a lot of brown nosing and back stabbing that goes on. They want you to participate in a lot of firm-wide meetings and extra things, but expect you to make up the time not billing on the back end.
