Strict focus on charge hours budgets, unnecessary/unhelpful work-social programs, the feeling that you can never leave your work at work (I.e. "work/life integration" = work is your life).

Lots of experience that will help you at your next job.

Cons

No work life balance at all - I was even told that I was not allowed to coach my 6 year old son's sports team as it did not "Add anything to the bottom line." Chargeable hour expectations are highly unrealistic - With all of the admin duties they add to your workload you need to work 800 to 900 hours of overtime a year to come close to the budgeted charge hours. Horrible office politics - Culture is very much a what can you do for me mentality.
