      Pros

      Nice office space located downtown.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Now workload management on the part of mangers/directors/principals or even higher leadership. The organizations model is to squeeze every ounce of work out of their employees and call it “Creating Opportunities” and give very little back. Raises were a meager 3% average year over year. Very high turnover so there’s little continuity on clients year over year. Obnoxiously long hours even in off season.

      White People Firm - Worst team ever

      A conglomerate of small white firms.

      Cons

      I have worked in small firms but i felt it was working in a newly formed firm who had no idea how to deal with staff and clients. I got worst team to work with in the firm. Even partners in the firm avoided working for the team. The team had no process in place to track work or to train staff. I felt the worst service was provided to the client where client followed up for months but they never got any service. If I was their client, I would have left them.

      Pros

      You will learn a lot. Because of the nature of public accounting a lot of younger coworkers around your age.

      Cons

      Not sure where to start. People have been fleeing this office for a while now. Managment is merely focused on billable hours. If you dont meet their demands you are gone. They have turned this place into an accounting mill. My advice is to save yourself and serously consider any other firm. . If you dont have another offer well then god speed my friend
