Unlimited PTO, paid 16 weeks maternity leave, the option to go to doctor appointments whenever I want or to take off early on a Friday. Healthcare, Dental, and Eye Insurance are so-so .. not great, but not terrible. 401K match is appreciated. The busy hours aren't wonderful but its public accounting - what did you expect? If you don't like busy hours you can change to AWA schedule. My boss is amazing to work under. I would not have stayed at CLA if it were not for him. I have been on a call with Jen Leary before and she seems in-tune and dedicated to the firm - I really appreciate all continues to do for us.

High turnover (welcome to public accounting), I get paid less than I deserve even after conversations upon conversations with my Principal, my entire team which is made up of 20+ people are all white men (I am not).
