      Pros

      Co-workers at associate and senior level are excellent, real team attitude.

      Cons

      Management are people who are willing to step on you to get a better position in the firm. Management is known to give 2nd and 3rd chances to certain people, but turn their back on others at first mistake.

      Nice offices. Not much to add.

      Cons

      Horribly behind the times. Very cheap, not great benefits either. Horribly disorganized and right hand does not know what the left hand does. Acquiring to many junkie CPA firms and can't keep-up with the systems and processes. You have to share a room with another employee when your travel to conferences - gross! Many people about to retire and the entire company is led by folks from the Midwest. They have no sense of reality.
