I like to think of the Firm as providing the personality and feel of a local firm with the resources of a national firm. This allows for a great deal of latitude in how you work while also giving you all of the resources that you could possibly need to succeed personally and in your career. I have learned a great deal in a relatively short amount of time, and the management within my office as well as the leadership for the Firm overall is nothing but encouraging and fostering for those that take an active interest in their careers.

Cons

As consistent with the industry, there are long working hours with the possibility of working nights and weekends if the jobs call for it.
