Very supportive environment, where people are willing to help out others when they need assistance. Positive work environment with many opportunities for you to own your career and shape it to meet your goals.

Cons

Billing system for clients is not very efficient and should be easier to generate detailed invoices from. Overall compensation package, while reasonable, is average at best, and could be reviewed to ensure the firm can attract and retain quality staff.

I originally worked for Accounting Management Solutions (AMS) beginning in June 2013. The company was sold to CLA in November 2015. My time there was a terrific learning experience. I worked with several clients, in the for profit and non-profit sectors. I gained exposure to several types of companies, software, and processes that helped me expand my business knowledge in a short bit of time.

Cons

Local travel and traffic are unpredictable; so getting to clients could be very time consuming.
