      Pros

      This company embraces alumni. If you leave the company, you are still part of the family. The company encourages you to seek and go for your dream - even if its outside of the company. Benefits are good. Hours are good. Working from home? No problem. The company encourages a team vision.

      Cons

      The cons for me aren't company related but people related. Given a dead line - most people wait until the very last second or pass the dead line. In a date (IRS due dates) driven company that puts pressure on everyone else. After calling these people out numerous times - it still continues.

      Pros

      It is wonderful to be able to contact anyone in the organization at anytime. I love that we do not have to always go through a chain of command in order to speak to someone in our department or outside of our department. The flexibility to be able to work on different projects and with different people is great.

      Cons

      Work ebbs and flows so busy times are different for each industry.

      Great people, very good client set - not huge clients like the Big-4 but companies who are smaller and actually appreciate the work CLA provides

      Cons

      No real cons, firm was still adjusting to merger a bit when i was there.
