      Pros

      The atmosphere and culture are great. Focus on private companies which gives you more client interaction. Competitive wages. A lot of growth opportunity and ability to relocate.

      Cons

      You work in public accounting so there are long hours, like most firms. When you start, you will be split between tax and audit, which means you will be working at least one busy season. Not a lot of opportunity to grow during the off season.
