Pros
CLA really attempts to develop and retain relationships with its employees, whether they stay or not. Extensive training is readily available. Easy communication between all levels of personnel. Associates get exposure to both tax and assurance.
Cons
401(k) match is not great. Inter office collaborations sometimes causes employees to be pulled in multiple directions simultaneously. Compensation, while somewhat competitive, seems lower than other firms of similar size.
