Work remote is nice since most companies are going away from it.

Cons

Rare that you get pay increases. The number of new hires that have been low-balled on offers is staggering. The company will post a salary range as required by some states and then tell candidates the actual amount they can offer is $30-40k less than the top range in the job posting.
