Some collogues are nice. The company provides 2 meals a week during busy season.

Cons

Overwork, underpaid, high expectation with unclear communication from management. Top management don't really care about you, they only care if you meet your charge hours and deadline. If you're just starting out and doesn't have experience, this might be a good place to grind out to get the experience for your next job.
