The flex time is great. Pto is very good as well.

Cons

If you are not higher up the ladder your raises are almost none. Since the merger it has been even worse. Tired of hearing about partners second homes when my group cant even get more than a 1% raise every year.

Pros

It is nearly impossible to be fired and for a public accounting firm you will not find a better work life balance.

Cons

They harp on being "The Career Building Firm" but it is only true if you are willing to focus on government or non-profit. If you express interest elsewhere they will try to help you but it never materialized.
