      At CliftonLarsonAllen, you get the opportunity to make an impact immediately. CLA is also a nationally recognized firm with strong resources throughout the firm.

      Cons

      Like all accounting firms, work-life balance can be difficult at times. Compensation seems about in line with competitors but is based more on merit than performance.

      Very open work environment, with the Principals typically readily available to for questions, etc. Room for personal growth and also assist in potential careers outside of CLA's walls.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be challenging at times. Holidays are on the lower end.
