Business Outlook
Pros
Clifton Gunderson and LarsonAllen were two equally sized firms that came together in 2012. They are working fast to merge the old firms and create what will be the new firm. Typical bumps in doing that but leadership has a strong vision. Overall, it's a great company with a great future.
Cons
In any post-merger there are territories, egos, and bad habits to break. Leadership needs to do a much better job in not being part of the problem.
