Some teams feel like they’re doing two person jobs, things move quickly and sometimes the work people do can feel unappreciated because we’re moving so quickly and when one thing is done, we move on to the next, without much recognition into each others work besides the teams that work on key product initiatives that the public hears about.

Too much redundant training, Dental benefits are horrible, Policies created for words in a handbook, not enforced. Reactive to everything- lack of transparency. Wont interview for positions even if qualified- must be a friend or favorite to get positions. Processes make it more difficult for staff when dealing with already stressed passengers. Too much change and hasn’t figured out how to do the main product.
