      Pros

      Flexible hours, lunches were provided by company ever so often, challenging, process changes

      Cons

      Very bad leadership, management and leads very condescending, BULLIES, treats new employees with no respect, leads gossip and belittle you, terrible work environment, USE and mistreats temps

      Pros

      Potential for relatively new CEO to clean house of existing senior leadership and form more evolved, thoughtful, 3P focused company (people, performance, profitability)..

      Cons

      Aggressively acquiring companies it cannot then afford to invest time and resources in effectively integrating. Corporate Human Resources function is uncaring, bureaucratic and political. Hires good people and often treats them badly.

      Making a difference, but feeling forgotten

      Pros

      Raising awareness of energy efficient products and programs, love my team and working for my program, great way to network with retailers and manufacturers

      Cons

      CLEAResult is a large company that often times feels like they have forgotten about the smaller companies they have acquired. While many read their weekly wire that showcases all the great things happening in Portland and Austin and beyond, it leaves others longing for that same atmosphere and camaraderie. Not to mention their nice office digs...I won't even get started with what our office looks like...ironically the word "energy efficient" does not come to mind when entering the building.

      Our CEO Aziz, internal communications and the HR department are all working towards creating a consistent culture and environment across all our 80+ offices—but it will take time. Your patience while we integrate acquired companies and rebrand offices and make improvements to our company ideals is appreciated ... as is your candid feedback.
