Business Outlook
Pros
The people I met and worked with day to day were nice, usually pretty sharp, and invested in their work. Culture around the office was solid. I did honestly enjoy my time at CLEAResult.
Cons
Based on stories I've heard that predate my time + my own account, I can't see how people would faith in the leadership group (especially after massive COVID related layoffs). The c-suite is a revolving door with a new CFO seemingly every other year, being reminded when a CSO and other higher level management roles are interim, and others didn't give me a ton of confidence in those calling the shots or the perception / direction of the industry as a whole.
