      Cons

      Supervisors & team is unorganized , rude , not understanding , & selfish . Make your work for multiple ques ( 10/ 15 ) for different electric companies , electric cars maybe gas etc . Just overall a miserable job , never train your probably before throwing you in a que . That would often result in them putting points on you for something that falls on them . Have multiple applications to do w no lead way on the system . just a messy miserable job , dont care about your outside life , if you have a death , dr app or anything mandotory is a automatic no and " doesnt fit the companies needs " RUN WHILE YOU CAN

      Pros

      Seeing the Boston area from an inside perspective was eye opening. They offer jobs in many major cities also, so if one were so inclined they could relocate easily.

      Cons

      CLEAResult treats their workers as disposable and utterly replaceable. Because the turnover rate is so high, they focus on extracting as much productivity as possible before the employee leaves. This means dropping in to employees in the field with the intention of discovering issues rather than helping train the employee. This creates a truly negative work environment.
