      A complete mess

      Pros

      Not a single thing positive.

      Cons

      Constant turnover, lack of change and inability for anyone there to make decisions, anti-social environment, a lot ot talk from above and absolutely no direction to the workers, no career path or raises to speak of, they have been transitioning for years from all the acquisitions and made absolutely no progress.

      The company is very new to their contractor. in my state. Clearesult is doing their best to keep a good reputation but

      Cons

      a lot of the time I find my job description changes. A lot of the responsibility of other positions is put on me. Not exactly what they describe in the interview and it comes with little incentive. And they always threaten you with your performance affecting your bonus but they are so late to deliver bonuses, I believe they can't even manage.

      Real Problems

      Pros

      Some nice people (mostly have been there a while). Wide selection geographically and technologically of involvement in the Energy Savings field.

      Cons

      Company is being taken over by "bean counters" who don't know about the importance of what the field personnel are doing and don't understand the technological issues involved. Outstanding Senior Engineers are being let go and MBAs hired in their place to run programs that are technical in nature.
