      Pros

      The position has flexible work hours with few weekends. The beginning training was very good not so much after that.

      Cons

      Program Management was very poor. They are not people orientated. They need serious HR training. Little or no training on new product lines.

      Pros

      Variety of task, If your creative not a boring job.

      Cons

      No morale. Culture is sit at a desk for 15 hrs to show your a hard worker. Terrible communication and dishonesty. Messy gossip and high school like behavior "he said she said" battles. People are not valued.

      Mission-driven ...sort of. Great location and a lot of people who care about the quality of their work.

      Cons

      Seeking a direction. Leadership is scattered and old-school. Very little emphasis on customers and programs.
