Flexible schedule Free food Come and go as you please If you in the "click" you can do what you with no penalties

No training Leadership is a joke. Managers share HR sensitive information about other employees current and former from VP level to Program Managers in a very gossipy and juvenile manner. There is no real coaching or career advice, one on ones are more of a gossip session about other employees. The office culture is a direct reflection of upper management if you aren't rude, disrespectful, use foul language and have zero business ethics this is not the place for you. I mirror the comments of feeling bullied, intimidated and at times outlasted by members of management. In a nutshell don't wast your time applying with this company.

Energy efficiency company, with less than efficient work practices.

Pros

Working with local utility companies and industrial contractors to bring energy efficiency products and services to the marketplace.

Cons

Some obvious "ladder-climbers" that put themselves in the forefront at the sake of the team. Career growth for the good ole boy network. Young workforce with little job experience and less than good work ethic. Somewhat high turnover rate. Very few opportunities for career advancement.

The last software developer has left the building in in Austin. Everything is being outsourced. Years of technology expertise in the business are gone.
