Site visits - get to see industrial facilities. Opportunity to work with Senior Engineers on more interesting projects than what your manager will have you working on. Lots of online in house learning resources Large company with opportunities to learn about EE programs around the country.

Cons

Slow to move up, Same boring work over and over. Pay is low Calculating rebates is not rewarding work Not mentally stimulating work, starting out the work is soulless and busy work.
