Pros

Great benefits, generous leave time. Successful with the Mass Save Program, very knowledgeable people. Fellow employees were great, I made some lifelong friends there, including old bosses.

Cons

Pay wasnt great, pushed a lot of political agendas which has no place at work. Unprofessionalism from supervisors talking badly about co-workers with other employees in meetings. My direct manager was a micromanager, made working there uncomfortable and caused me to have a nervous breakdown to the point I felt I couldn't've met their standards no matter how hard I tried. The set up in my group was, how fast we could upload, push files or how many easily fixable errors were made. Never appreciation for our hard work.
