Pros

Flexible management understands family is a priority and allows for changing schedules if feasible when needed. CMA truly believes in family first and that comes right from teh top. Management is always open to listening to employee ideas. CMA allows for employees to grow and take ownership of their areas of work when competency is displayed. CMA provides very good compensation and benifits.

Cons

Employees who do not perform or adequately contribute are allowed to linger far too long at times which has a tendency to bring down teams.
