      What an Absolute Ridiculous Company

      Pros

      Some great people were there when I was there. Paid well.

      Absolute absurd mess of a corporate structure. Leaders were idiots and backstabbing and taking credit for others' work was par for the course. The viciousness and climbing and insider B.S. was almost hard to fathom. I've worked with and for a lot of companies and I've never seen/experienced anything like it. It blows my mind that this company still exists. It's only because of the capital intensive nature of this business that it could survive. Message me. I wrote a book, part of which tells the story of my experience there. Granted, it was a while ago and hopefully things have changed.

      None that i think of.

      Cons

      People in management roles have no business being in management roles. Managers are not smart enough to think outside the box. Processes are terribly irrational and illogical and not streamlined. Pay is terrible.
