Benefits Pay Great environment: I worked with a great group of people.

Cons

No work/life balance. They will overwork you and micromanage you to death. Everyone is friends and knew each other prior to CMC so good luck if you’re not in the friend circle. Management do not care about employees wellbeing.

I met some great people.

Cons

My supervisor carried on like a child and was very unprofessional. That culture was supported by the branch manager. Very toxic.
