Pros

CMC is a growth organization. The company is always looking for good talent. The benefits package is wonderful. Definitely developed to recruit and retain employees.

Cons

This is a steel manufacturer and they are a very conservative organization. This economic climate makes it a very challenging environment to work as the company continues to grow and adjust to the ever changing business climate.

The company was built on ingenuity and grew to be quite admired. There are several divisions that could give an individual opportunity to grow professionally.

Cons

The leadership is lacking. Technology is a somewhat backward. Although on the surface all seems to be great there are very negative undercurrents that create a difficult atmosphere to thrive in.
