- There was respect for employees in all positions - They have the same benefit plan for all empolyees - They recognized the value of people at all levels - Management was directed to get to know each employee working for them personally - They were fair in resolving issues - All employees benefited when the company was profitable. Profit sharing was truly shared with employees receiving checks as large as 10% each year in a good year. - Motivate employees to treat company as if it was their own - Murray McClean is no longer CEO of company

Cons

- Executives changed in 2009-2010 and they did not appear to have the same values - Has a totally different management stye today
