Job security, work hard and they will keep you around. Many good people who care about what they do and have pride in their work.

Cons

No room for advancement here, unless you know the right people. I've seen too many qualified people passed over only to see someone grossly under-qualified in the position. Healthcare csots that are pushed back to the employee are getting out of control, if you don't have kids, save the money and risk not aving insurance or get it elsewhere.

Pros

Benefits, partial hybrid work environment. Immediate boss is amazing.

Cons

Upper management beyond your first line managers could care less about the employees. We are all a number and “replaceable” in their eyes even though some of the ones that have been let go in the last year have had a wealth of knowledge but we replaced with people who have no idea what they are doing but were upper level managers friends. There is no sick leave and it has been stated that you must arrange your life around CMC that your job should come first.
