Management needed more HR schooling

This one of the most poorly managed Supply Chain Organizations you will encounter. The leadership is "old school" in their management styles and thought processes. Management exhibits a condescending, intimidating and unprofessional communication style, leaving one to feel bullied at times. You are quickly made to know your place and who is in charge. Expectations are not consistent and ever changing so you essentially begin to doubt yourself, the decisions you make, and question your self-worth with the organization. There is excessive unjustified performance monitoring (also known as “micro-managing”) which makes you feel very ineffective in your roll. You are not treated with the trust and respect a professional salaried employee deserves. There is never a pat on the back, or a job well done. There is a definite level of fear to speak up and most people remain quiet out of fear of retaliation or loss of their job. It is a stifling work environment. If you are considering working in Supply Chain here beware.
