Cons

With rapid growth comes some growing pains. However, management is quick to address areas of concern and take necessary action to ensure implemented processes can be followed.

Pros

Work life balance is good. They give employees lots of paid time off.

Cons

New management changes and unearned promotions has turned company into a dictatorship with all decision created and enforced by single individual. Too many rules and procedures. Customer facing employees are receiving the short end of stick but are expected to have a positive attitude

Pros

Working from home is the best.

Cons

All the recently invoked processes are completely UNNECESSARY and make doing the same job more stressful and time consuming. The company loves to follow the handbook when it comes to numbers and policies but does things outside the handbook when it benefits them. They get rid of managers who speak up for their team when something is unjust, and only promote those who are "in the club", regardless of how long or short they've been with the company.
