      Pros

      Not much pros but there is flexible office hours.

      Cons

      Lots of unfairness and favoritism within the company. Not a fun company culture. All work no play.

      Work hours flexible, work from home, good benefits

      Cons

      No annual reviews or pay increases. Unless you are family or one of the favorites, it's very difficult to gain more responsibilities or move up in the company, even after they tell you it's going to happen. Management always makes excuses for why after they tell you that you will be given more responsibilities that it never actually happens. Very frustrating to never know where you actually stand since they tell you one thing and then never follow thru with it.

      Performance Management is a priority for the Human Resources Department and CMG. We are currently looking into several processes and hope to have one in place very soon.
