      1. We are paid bi-weekly and not semi-monthly - HUGE plus :) 2. Excellent insurance coverage 3. CEO is down to earth, humble and has a big heart 4. PTO doesn't wipe out at years end - it accumulates until a certain amount is reached 5. Great co-workers overall

      1. A little better communication between corporate and the branches regarding policies would be helpful. (Just when changes occur)

      Pros

      I have exemplary Management both from my Branch level and Corp. Working for CMG is the best Lending Company experience in my 16 years working on loans. I hope to retire for this boutique styled company that cares about both their borrowers and their employees.

      Wonderful group of people co-worker (non management) staff.

      Cons

      Management is VERY clickish. If you are not in the "liked group" you are totally IGNORED. They are VERY tight when it comes to merit increases or honoring staffs hard work. Absolutely no loyalty to their employees (unless you are a top producer Loan Officer or top Funder). And please do NOT get comfortable because they will lay you off at the blink of an eye. Espeacially toward the end of the year. Bottomline CMG can careless about their staff. Its all about their numbers.
