Fast paced and engaging but also great work environment with good communication and structure. Excellent training on new systems and processes Team work and good communication, great culture

Cons

Not too many Cons to speak of. They have strong benefits package, especially healthcare.

Easily accessible management,flexible with time off.

Cons

Pay is not up to par with industry/cost of living in area, as well as many employees doing the task of 2-3 people for the pay of 1.Older systems from previous higher ups make it hard sometimes to complete work in a timely fashion.

Marketing teams have a tendency to be more competitive than collaborative, but this is not the case at CMG Financial. Marketing recruiters have taken the time to properly vet candidates before hiring to maintain a cohesive team. Every member of the team works together amicably reducing the internal rivalry I have seen elsewhere. Project goals are transparent and everyone is welcome to contribute. This is a non-threatening environment focused on the company's growth rather than personal gain.

Cons

If you do not have previous financial marketing experience, there will be a learning curve. This is a jargon heavy industry and also a climate that is susceptible to abrupt, drastic changes. Even in a marketing role, this position demands meticulous daily research. If you are not willing to read, a lot, this won't be a good fit for you.
