      Pros

      - Potlucks - Birthday Potlucks - Holiday Potlucks - Competitive starting salary

      Cons

      - No work/life balance (for the past year many people on my team have been working overtime...lots and nights and weekends spent away from my family to make sure things are being processed and deadlines met) - No senior management support (lack of senior management attention to hiring qualified candidates and retention of existing staff) - No performance plan (no formal performance plan in place, therefore no annual raises. When it comes time to ask for one...it is a battle to get it) - Hypocritical - Preaching teamwork but no appreciation for all team members (plays favorites with sales teams)

      Pros

      Depending on your manager, there's a lot of flexibility regarding working remotely and taking time off. There's a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      There is so much truth in the comments about nepotism here. Positive company culture and morale has quickly diminished in the last few years. There aren't any more incentives to working here. It used to be fun and it used to motivating. Employees used to be celebrated for great achievements and holidays used to be celebrated. Raises and promotions are now rare. Now the greatest motivation is 5:00pm.
