      Pros

      Great benefits, competitive pay, bonus incentives, and lots of training.

      Cons

      LO teams are not managed well by corporate and team mates can be overworked and have a hard time finding work/life balance.

      Pros

      The company focuses on wholesale business across the USA and is basically a Fannie and Ginnie lender. Good sale commissions and they leave you alone. Loans close as long as they fit in the box. Loan operations etc. are above average.

      Cons

      Terrible Jumbo products, nepotism to the extreme, management plays favorites, no DPA programs, no marketing support, little product offering. Management is insulated and does not like any constructive feedback. Managers come and go with frequency. Management views the sales force with suspicion.

      Pros

      Decent bonus structure. And apparently doing so well they can afford to keep absorbing smaller companies.

      Cons

      Been here 5+ years and no one has ever gotten a raise. Sales is never held accountable for the quality of their files. Constant 5-8 day rush files submitted by sales who has sat on the app for 3 weeks. Green loan officers with no supervision can't even calculate income. Processors get thrown under the bus for everything and expected to work on vacations, after business hours, and be on call during PTO days without pay. CEO lectures how rates don't matter.
