Pros
Great culture and values that colleagues actually work with to ensure the great culture is instilled in the company. Led so well from the top. I attended an Induction call with the CEO who really shared how he wants the right behaviors and values to be sustainable throughout the company. I have already been asked how i would like to develop myself in my role and what support i will need to get there.
