Great Company To Work For

Pros

Socially a great company, they really make an effort to make you feel integrated and to cross paths with different departments to build relationships. They've been very supportive, not just from my immediate team and line manager, but from other departments. There are great opportunities for progression, which has been actively encouraged, and again there are pathways within your team but also broadening into other departments.

Cons

Pay is low compared to industry average, but with opportunities to progress and benefits included it isn't a big issue.

Pros

There are some really great workers there that would flourish at a business that actually supported them.

Cons

The work weeks stretch to over 50-60 hours, and the management say work as much as you have to. There are no raises, pay is not that competitive and there is nothing but excuses from the CEO. Worse company I've ever come across. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME INTERVIEWING...UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A SLAVE!

CMS also recognises the importance of wellbeing and invests in employee wellness. We have an open-door policy to hear concerns. Additionally line managers conduct discussions to hear what specific challenges are occurring and what support a team member may need in the organisation.
