Pros

Nothing is good and worth mentioning here.

Cons

The management needs to pay the employees better. They hire fresh graduates and don't pay them a decent amount. Even when they hire experienced professionals, they pay them the same amount they were taking in the previous company.

Pros

CMS is a well-established company with a history of success and expansion. Our team in the USA is very new to the CMS org and it has been great to put down new roots with the support and enthusiasm backing us up. Utilizing in-depth quarterly assessments, the company is very involved with personal growth and goal setting.

Cons

Starting salary a bit under expectations, benefits slow to come through initially.
