Lovely people work here and as its such a large organisation you are always busy , staff discounts on products are quite good

There's a lot of pressure to hit targets, sometimes wages don't reflect the pressure

There are a lot of opportunities at the minute as the company keeps growing and expanding. Generally great people and colleagues. Regular events and nights-out on behalf of the company. Good benefits and pay.

Cons

Very target driven. A better system/process for new starters would be good.
