Friendly culture, innovative work, invests in training, committed to sustainability, newly renovated WELL certified office, excellent team of knowledgeable professionals

Cons

The office isn't really transit accessible - there is a bus line right there but the lines don't really extend to the affordable areas to live so you need a car.

-Paid very competitively -The work is meaningful, enjoyable, and challenging -Profits are used to celebrate our success and improve workplace conditions -Company culture rewards collaboration and teamwork (not cut-throat at all) -Opportunity to work with great people on exciting projects

Cons

-Some travel (it can be a nice break from office work though) -Some peaks and valleys with workload, just depends on how project deadlines fall
