Thank you for your review. Training is important to us and so we have worked to create a training program for Analysts that will provide them the foundation to be successful. We are happy that you found the training to be beneficial. Work-life balance is another important focus of ours. If there are concerns regarding workload that are interfering with work-life balance, please discuss them with your manager. We also try to stay in line with market standards for our salaries by conducting research and reviewing compensation of staff annually. If there are concerns regarding this matter, then they should be brought to the attention of HR.
