good company ,stable job,good benefits,safe work environment,happy workers like a big family,love it,everybody help each other.
Cons
working in a gang is not too bad just like i said its like a big happy family ,everybody help each other except for you're away from you're family,andyou have to go back where is your work travelling on your days off ,but that's the nature of this job.
