Best Benefits you will see in your life. Best pay structure you will see in your life.

Cons

Limited to no holidays off as they are awarded per union agreement. Limited to no weekends off for your first 5 years on the job.

There is no benefits to work here.

Cons

Cn hates women and Lgtbq employees. Very hostile work environment. Managment is a joke and have no business being in charge. Employees are harassed on a daily business by supervision with anger issues. People are forced to do unsafe things and are belittled for standing up for themselves. Hr and labor relations do nothing to protect the employees or help. Best part someone is gonna reply like cn cares.
