      Pros

      Prett laid back and easy going interview. Asks about your current and past employment. Who you know on the railroad.

      Cons

      Doesn't seem too organized as a class was supposed to start within 2 weeks of the interview and then after following up I was told the class wasn't starting for about a month or two. No straight answers given at all. (Track Maintainer)

      Pros

      Decent Pay, Good technology, steady work. Lot's of chances for advancement if willing to relocate. People actually doing the work are great to work with and hard working.

      Cons

      Front line supervisors are micro managed causing them to micro manage employees. Every day seems like a witch hunt to find failures of rules. No concern for anyone's personal family life, railroad first ! Unobtainable deadlines and goals.
